La Fondation Les Oliviers est une structure privée reconnue d-utilité publique. Son secteur Hébergement socio-éducatif a pour mission d-offrir aux personnes en difficulté avec la consommation d'alcool et de produits psychotropes la possibilité de s-inscrire dans une démarche de rétablissement.

Afin de compléter nos équipes d'accompagnement pour notre établissement psycho-social médicalisé à mission de réduction des risques de la Clochatte au Mont-sur-Lausanne, qui héberge 30 bénéficiaires, nous recherchons :

un infirmier ou une infirmière à 80% ###

Vos activités

En tant qu-expert.e métier, vous dispensez et évaluez des prestations d-accompagnement et des actes médicaux délégués.

Vous pratiquez au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire et contribuez ainsi à son évolution.

Votre approche personnalisée donne la possibilité à nos bénéficiaires de développer une autonomie suffisante qui leur permet d'améliorer leur qualité de vie et de se réinsérer socialement et professionnellement.

Vos actions s'inscrivent dans une perspective de réduction de risque à un projet d'abstinence, en tenant compte des besoins bio psycho sociaux et spirituel de nos bénéficiaires.

Profil

Aptitude à inscrire son action dans un travail d-accompagnement interdisciplinaire

Autonomie et sens des responsabilités

Force de proposition et agile dans les situations complexes

Pragmatique et orienté solutions

Formations et compétences

Formation d'infirmier.ère HES ou titre jugé équivalent

Formation et/ou expérience en dépendance ou santé mentale - souhaitée

Formation Praticien.ne formateur.trice - souhaitée

Formation Evaluation Plaisir - un plus

Connaissance de modèles de rétablissement - un plus

A l-aise avec les logiciels de gestion de dossiers bénéficiaires et bureautique de base
