JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing activities for engineering materials, equipment, spare parts, tools, and services.
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Ensure purchases comply with company procurement procedures and policies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and subcontractors
  • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and material requirements.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Project, QA/QC, and Site teams to ensure materials meet project requirements.
  • Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier quotations.
  • Ensure materials comply with applicable industry standards and specifications.

REQUIRMENT Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the chemical
