Contesto

La Calzatura rappresenta uno dei 16 Mestieri della Maison.

La produzione delle calzature è affidata a dei partner industriali ed al nostro Atelier HCI, mentre la distribuzione è realizzata attraverso una rete di negozi, filiali e rivenditori Hermès situati in tre diverse zone geografiche (Europa, Asia e America).

Nello specifico, Atelier HCI - Hermès Chaussures Italie, è basato a Busto Garolfo (MI) e si occupa dello sviluppo e della realizzazione di prototipi di calzature Hermès, della produzione dei modelli assegnati e del coordinamento dei fabbricanti di calzature italiani per quanto riguarda l’industrializzazione delle calzature, il controllo qualità dei materiali e del prodotto finito, gli acquisti e la compliance della filiera.

Missione

Nell’ambito della Supply Chain, Atelier HCI è alla ricerca di un Production Planner.

La persona risponderà al Responsabile Supply Chain e si occuperà della pianificazione di un parco fornitori esterno (semilavorati) e dei reparti interni assegnati.

Attività principali

In stretta collaborazione con il team Supply Chain, la persona individuata si occuperà di:

  • pianificare su medio/lungo periodo i reparti interni assegnati, garantendo un corretto bilanciamento dei carichi di lavoro interni e fornendo le corrette priorità di lavorazione;
  • pianificare la produzione di semilavorati presso i fornitori esterni, garantendo continuità di alimentazione (attraverso i lanci di produzione) ed un corretto bilanciamento del carico di lavoro;
  • monitorare l’avanzamento della produzione settimanale per i reparti interni/fornitori esterni assegnati, garantendo il focus sul rispetto della qualità attesa dalla Maison, dei volumi concordati e delle deadline;
  • Coordinamento con il team Magazzino per l’evasione delle priorità verso i fornitori e verso i reparti interni.

Profilo del candidato

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni;
  • La conoscenza della calzatura costituisce un requisito preferenziale;
  • Conoscenza della lingua francese o inglese;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dimestichezza con gestionale in ambito supply-chain; la conoscenza di Apache costituisce un plus.

Cosa offriamo

  • Tipologia di contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminato;

  • Contratto Collettivo Applicabile: CCNL Calzaturiera Industria;
  • Stipendio Annuo Lordo Iniziale Indicativo: a partire da € 35.000, determinato secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri dal punto di vista del genere;
  • Retribuzione variabile: Piano di incentivi annuale in linea con le politiche aziendali;
  • Benefit: pacchetto benefit comprensivo di buoni pasto secondo quanto previsto dal regolamento interno ed ulteriori elementi previsti dalla policy aziendale e dal contratto collettivo applicato.

Il pacchetto retributivo finale sarà determinato in base a criteri oggettivi come esperienza professionale, responsabilità di ruolo e competenze richieste.
