Space Planning and Management

This position collaborates with stakeholders to plan and optimize workspace utilization, balancing organizational requirements with efficiency and employee comfort. Responsibilities include managing office space allocation, seating arrangements, and relocations in line with departmental needs and organizational changes, as well as maintaining accurate records related to space utilization, occupancy rates, and lease agreements. The executive also coordinates office moves, renovations, and furniture installations, ensuring adherence to established budgets and timelines.

Human Experience and Events Management

Employee & Workplace Experience The executive delivers a warm, professional, and consistent workplace experience by proactively engaging employees to understand their needs and providing appropriate support. Serving as a visible and approachable point of contact, the role includes conducting regular workplace walkabouts to identify experience improvement opportunities, supporting employees with navigation of amenities, meeting spaces, lockers, and wellness facilities, and promoting a culture of hospitality and service excellence throughout the workplace.

Employee Engagement This role develops and coordinates employee engagement initiatives throughout the year, including festive celebrations, appreciation activities, networking sessions, campaigns, and workplace activations. The executive creates opportunities for employees to connect with the workplace and one another, working closely with internal stakeholders to build a strong sense of workplace community.

This includes supporting workplace readiness inspections, ensuring employee-facing areas meet expected standards, and assisting with office openings, workplace changes, move activities, and new employee onboarding experience initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
