Jouw rol

Als financial controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid, tijdigheid en inzichtelijkheid van onze financiële informatie. Je bewaakt de financiële gezondheid van de coöperatie en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbaar advies voor de directie. Je rapporteert aan de directeur en werkt nauw samen met het team, de accountant en eventuele externe adviseurs. Wij zien de rol als de verbinding tussen financiën, risicobeheer en het ledenbelang.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de financiële administratie, maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen van de jaarrekening en het bestuursverslag in samenwerking met de accountant
  • Opstellen en bewaken van begrotingen, prognoses en meerjarenplannen
  • Rapporteren aan directie en over resultaten, afwijkingen en risico's
  • Monitoren van de solidariteitspot en de financiële duurzaamheid van het model
  • Inrichten en verbeteren van interne beheersing, processen en systemen, met oog voor automatisering
  • Zorgdragen voor compliance, belastingzaken en contact met toezichthouders waar van toepassing
  • Ondersteunen bij financieringsvraagstukken en groeiplannen

Wie zoeken we?

Opleiding en ervaring

  • HBO/WO in bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, finance of vergelijkbaar. RC of RA is een pré
  • Minimaal [5] jaar ervaring als controller of in een vergelijkbare senior financiële rol
  • Ervaring met een snelgroeiende organisatie, scale-up of coöperatie is een pré
  • Kennis van financiële dienstverlening, verzekeringen of risicomodellen is een sterke pré
  • Goede beheersing van boekhoudsystemen en Excel/BI-tools

Persoonlijkheid en competenties

  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en pragmatisch: je weet wat perfect moet en wat goed genoeg is
  • Kan complexe cijfers eenvoudig uitleggen aan niet-financials
  • Proactief en zelfstandig, met een hands-on mentaliteit in een kleine organisatie
  • Integer en betrouwbaar, met gevoel voor de maatschappelijke kant van ons werk
  • Betrokken bij zzp'ers en bij het idee van onderlinge solidariteit
