Over Elastofirm en Flevo Rubber Compounding

Elastofirm is een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige rubbercompounds en halffabricaten voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen. Vanuit meerdere productielocaties ontwikkelt en produceert de organisatie klantspecifieke rubbermengsels die worden toegepast in onder andere de automotive-, bouw-, infrastructuur- en industriële sector. Kwaliteit, innovatie, betrouwbaarheid en continu verbeteren vormen daarbij de basis van de bedrijfsvoering.

De hier beschreven functie is onderdeel van Flevo Rubber Compounding (FRC) in Lelystad, een werkmaatschappij binnen de Elastofirm Groep. Flevo Rubber Compounding is gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van hoogwaardige rubbercompounds op maat voor klanten in diverse industrieën. Binnen de productielocatie worden grondstoffen verwerkt tot specifieke rubbermengsels die vervolgens worden geleverd aan klanten voor verdere verwerking in eindproducten.

Voor FRC zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een Teamleader Logistiek. De logistieke afdeling bevindt zich in een transitiefase waarbij de organisatiestructuur en processen opnieuw worden ingericht om toekomstige groei te ondersteunen.

Functieprofiel

De Teamleader Logistiek zorgt voor continuïteit binnen de dagelijkse logistieke operatie en brengt structuur aan binnen logistiek en de afweegafdeling. De focus ligt op een betrouwbare goederenstroom, optimaal locatiebeheer, een correcte voorraadadministratie en een goede samenwerking met productie.

Belangrijke aandachtspunten zijn:

  • optimalisatie van goederenontvangst;
  • verbeteren van locatiebeheer van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en hulpstoffen;
  • verhogen van voorraadbetrouwbaarheid;
  • borgen van orde en netheid volgens 5S;
  • verbeteren van het gebruik van SAP binnen de logistieke processen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van logistiek en afweegafdeling.
  • Personeelsplanning en capaciteitsmanagement.
  • Voorraadbeheer.
  • Coördineren van inbound- en outboundprocessen.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Signaleren en doorvoeren van praktische verbeteringen.
  • Versterken van de samenwerking met Productie.

Profiel

Must-haves

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende logistieke functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met magazijnbeheer, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Praktische kennis- en ervaring met Lean, Continuous Improvement en 5S
  • Sterke operationele en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met grondstoffenlogistiek en/of afweegprocessen is een pré.
