Elastofirm is een Europese groep van gespecialiseerde bedrijven in de rubber- en siliconenindustrie. De groep combineert technische expertise en ondernemerschap met de voordelen van een grotere industriële organisatie.

Flevo Rubber Compounding (FRC) in Lelystad produceert hoogwaardige rubber compounds voor externe klanten en bedrijven binnen Elastofirm. De fabriek bevindt zich in een fase van groei, modernisering en professionalisering. Ook de samenwerking op inkoopgebied binnen de groep is volop in ontwikkeling: we willen gezamenlijke inkoopkracht benutten, zonder de inkoop te centraliseren.

Jouw rol

Als Inkoper FRC & Group Procurement Coordinator combineer je de dagelijkse inkoop voor FRC met een belangrijke coördinerende rol bij de uitvoering van de Elastofirm Group Purchasing Strategy. Je zorgt voor beschikbaarheid van materialen, concurrerende voorwaarden en betrouwbare leveranciers. Tegelijkertijd verbind je de inkopers van de groepsbedrijven, organiseer je gezamenlijke initiatieven en bewaak je voortgang en resultaten.

De groepsstrategie rust op drie pijlers: (1) Raw Materials: segmentstrategieën per grondstofcategorie; (2) External Compounds: gezamenlijke inkoopkracht benutten bij extern ingekochte compounds; (3) Non-Raw Materials: categorieën zoals verpakking, transport, energie en diensten stapsgewijs op groepsniveau bundelen. Lokale inkopers blijven verantwoordelijk en kunnen als Category Leader een groepscategorie trekken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Inkoop FRC

  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en leveringsopvolging.
  • Waarborgen van materiaalbeschikbaarheid; onderhandelen over prijzen, contracten en leveringsvoorwaarden.
  • Beheren van leveranciersrelaties, marktontwikkelingen en leveringsrisico's; afstemmen met Planning, Productie en R&D.
  • Coördineren van initiatieven binnen de drie pijlers: Raw Materials, External Compounds en Non-Raw Materials.
  • Inventariseren van leveranciers, volumes, prijzen en contracten; kansen voor bundeling en gezamenlijke sourcing signaleren.
  • Ondersteunen van segmentstrategieën, gezamenlijke tenders en onderhandelingen, met behoud van lokale verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Opbouwen en verbinden van een netwerk van inkopers die als Category Leader specifieke segmenten begeleiden.
  • Samen met Category Leaders een Group Purchasing Calendar opstellen en onderhouden met tenders, contractverlengingen en evaluaties.
  • Acties, eigenaarschap, deadlines, voortgang en gerealiseerde voordelen bewaken en rapporteren.
  • Concrete inkoopbesparingen en verbeteringen in leveringszekerheid realiseren.
  • Leveranciersmanagement, contractinformatie, spendanalyses en ERP-gegevens verbeteren.
  • Praktische samenwerking en standaardisering bevorderen, zonder onnodige bureaucratie.

Jouw Profiel

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau; bij voorkeur commercieel, technisch, logistiek of bedrijfskundig.
  • Minimaal 3–5 jaar inkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in de maakindustrie.
  • Ervaring met operationele inkoop, onderhandelingen en leveranciersmanagement; affiniteit met category management.
  • Analytisch sterk, vaardig met inkoopdata en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP).
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré.

Je bent een ondernemende, hands-on inkoper die stevig in de dagelijkse praktijk staat én kansen ziet buiten de eigen fabriek. Je bent commercieel scherp, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht. Als natuurlijke verbinder krijg je collega's uit verschillende bedrijven mee, ook zonder formele hiërarchische bevoegdheid. Je houdt van duidelijke afspraken en opvolging en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van nieuwe samenwerking.

Kern van de functie: een sterke inkoper voor FRC die de gezamenlijke inkoopkracht van Elastofirm helpt organiseren en realiseren.
