Product Manager

De vloer in je huis zegt alles over wie je bent, waar je van houdt en wat je woonsituatie is. Precies dat maakt werken met vloeren zo mooi. We kennen als geen ander de trends en zoeken naar de perfecte balans tussen topkwaliteit, levensduur, onderhoudsgemak, prijs en duurzaamheid. Niet voor niets behoren we tot één van de grootste PVC-merken in Nederland.

Gewoon Twents

Vivafloors is in 2010 opgericht in het Overijsselse Goor. Inmiddels zijn we uitgegroeid tot een van de grotere merken van Nederland en met trots een A-merk. Gewoon uit Twente. Prettig nuchter en overtuigd van de kwaliteit van onze vloeren. We durven je daar dan ook gerust een garantie van 25 jaar op te geven.

De Rol

Als productmanager loop je voorop met unieke concepten en producten voor de internationale markt. Je volgt en vindt de nieuwste trend en vertaald deze door naar producten.

Je hebt een brede kennis van design en trends in de wooninterieur markt en hebt passie voor duurzame producten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle producten en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten . De consumenten reis, product samples, communicatie met leveranciers en dealers. Product formuleringen, kostprijsberekening, kwaliteitscontrole, nieuwe productontwerpen en trendanalyse.

Heb jij minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de ontwikkeling van consumenten producten, liefst binnen interieur/wooninrichting

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Optimaliseert het productassortiment
  • Stelt nieuwe producten, marktpotentie en (prijs)positionering voor
  • Vervaardigt product marketingplannen
  • Bepaalt productfeatures en USP's
  • Bewaakt voortgang en kwaliteit, projectrisico's en budget conform afgesproken procedures en stuurt bij in geval van afwijkingen
  • Adviseert omtrent marktintroductie nieuwe producten
  • Draagt actief bij aan beurzen en webinars
  • Ontwikkelt creatieve en effectieve verkooppromoties ter ondersteuning van de marketingplannen, zoals productintroducties, winkelvloer promoties en samplingactiviteiten.
  • Werkt nauw samen met de Marketing Manager en marketing assistente
  • Profiel:
  • Ondernemende geest
  • HBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • 3 jaar werkervaring als managermanager;
  • bijvoorkeur in de branche wooninrichting, cosmetica, travel, kleding is een pré
  • Bewezen trackrecord
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels; kennis van andere talen is een pré
  • Kennis van Exactonline is een pré
