Joya renforce ses équipes opérationnelles et recherche sa ou son nouveau responsable de secteur pour son agence à Châteauneuf-les-Martigues.

Sous la responsabilité de Daniza - Responsable de Zone - tu seras en charge de développer et gérer un portefeuille clients dans une zone géographique et de t'assurer de la satisfaction de tes bénéficiaires.

Expérience, qualités relationnelles, ambition et autonomie sont indispensables pour occuper ce poste d’encadrement dont le rôle principal est de coordonner le travail entre les bénéficiaires (personnes âgées ou personnes en situation de handicap), leur aidants familiaux et les intervenants à domicile (auxiliaires de vie sociales).

Principales missions:

• Prendre en charge les demandes d’aide à domicile de nos prospects : évaluation des besoins, élaboration du plan d’accompagnement, devis, etc. • Mettre en place et gérer les plannings d’intervention, superviser les prestations • Contrôler et suivre la qualité du service et la satisfaction des clients • Assurer le recrutement et l’encadrement des intervenants • Nouer et entretenir des relations avec les professionnels de santé et du secteur médico-social

Profil recherché

• 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans les services à la personne et auprès des auxiliaires, des bénéficiaires et des institutions locales (CLIC, CCAS, etc.) • Diplôme Bac +2 (BTS, IUT, DUT, DEUG) spécialisé dans le secteur social / médico-social / services à la personne • Ecoute et sens du client • Forte autonomie, capacité d’organisation et de priorisation • Goût pour le terrain et l’opérationnel, avec une forte capacité de travail et d’implication • Aisance avec les outils digitaux • Passion par la mission d' d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français en perte d’autonomie
