Estamos buscando um(a) profissional para atuar de forma integrada entre Pós-vendas e Logística, acompanhando entregas e oferecendo suporte aos clientes após a venda.

Procuramos alguém com boa capacidade de organização e resolução de problemas, que consiga atuar com autonomia em uma operação dinâmica.

Principais atividades Acompanhar o fluxo de envio e entrega de mercadorias; Realizar contato e cotação com transportadoras; Organizar e acompanhar rotas e prazos de entrega; Conferir informações e documentação relacionada aos envios; Apoiar processos envolvendo notas fiscais e documentos de transporte; Atender clientes no pós-venda; Acompanhar ocorrências relacionadas às entregas e obras; Fazer interface com clientes, transportadoras, engenharia e áreas internas; Identificar problemas e acompanhar as tratativas até a resolução; Elaborar registros e reportes sobre as ocorrências.

Requisitos Experiência em logística, expedição, transportes e/ou pós-vendas; Conhecimento de rotas, transportadoras e processos de entrega; Familiaridade com notas fiscais e documentos relacionados à logística; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Organização e capacidade de priorização; Autonomia, agilidade e perfil resolutivo; Facilidade para lidar com clientes e situações que exigem respostas rápidas.

Diferenciais Experiência em operações logísticas dinâmicas; Conhecimento geográfico de São Paulo e região; Vivência em empresas ligadas à construção civil, obras ou atendimento corporativo.
