Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas para atuar com atendimento consultivo via WhatsApp, proporcionando uma experiência de compra personalizada e contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados comerciais.

Principais atividades: Atender clientes pelo WhatsApp de forma consultiva, ágil e personalizada; Entender necessidades e recomendar produtos, combinações e soluções adequadas; Realizar follow-up de orçamentos, oportunidades e carrinhos abandonados; Atuar na recuperação de clientes inativos e no estímulo à recompra; Ampliar o ticket médio por meio de vendas complementares, cross-sell e upsell; Enviar fotos, vídeos e áudios personalizados sempre que contribuírem para a venda; Organizar o funil de atendimento, registrar oportunidades e manter os retornos em dia; Trabalhar com metas e acompanhar os indicadores da área.

Excelente comunicação escrita e boa comunicação verbal; Perfil comercial, proatividade e foco em resultados; Organização, agilidade e disciplina para realizar follow-ups; Facilidade com tecnologia e habilidade para criar relacionamento à distância; Interesse por atendimento consultivo e pela experiência do cliente.

Diferenciais: Experiência com vendas pelo WhatsApp, e-commerce ou atendimento premium; Afinidade com moda, decoração ou produtos de venda consultiva.
