Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Suporte de TI / Analista Júnior para atuar presencialmente em uma empresa do segmento industrial. A oportunidade envolve o suporte técnico aos usuários, contemplando atendimentos de N1 e N2, configuração de equipamentos, suporte ao Microsoft 365 e rotinas de gestão de ativos e movimentação de colaboradores.

Buscamos uma pessoa comprometida, com vontade de aprender, que goste de resolver problemas e tenha interesse em desenvolver seus conhecimentos técnicos, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da operação e o atendimento às necessidades dos usuários.

Principais responsabilidades Prestar suporte técnico de N1 e N2 aos usuários. Atender solicitações e auxiliar na resolução de problemas técnicos do dia a dia. Preparar, configurar e disponibilizar equipamentos. Prestar suporte relacionado ao Microsoft 365. Realizar suporte a impressoras e periféricos. Executar processos de onboarding e offboarding de colaboradores, incluindo preparação e recolhimento/configuração de equipamentos conforme o processo da empresa. Realizar controle de inventário de equipamentos e ativos de TI. Acompanhar fornecedores relacionados às demandas de tecnologia. Manter comunicação clara e cordial com os usuários e encaminhar demandas quando necessário.

Conhecimentos de suporte técnico a usuários e equipamentos. Noções de hardware, sistemas operacionais, impressoras e conectividade. Conhecimento ou experiência com Microsoft 365. Experiência ou familiaridade com preparação e configuração de equipamentos. Organização para controle de inventário e acompanhamento de solicitações. Capacidade de investigar problemas, buscar soluções e acionar apoio quando necessário.
