Sobre a vaga Estamos buscando profissional para atuação em projetos de inteligência artificial e dados para clientes enterprise como AI Data & Analytics Specialist, com foco em visualização de dados.

Nessa posição, você atuará diretamente com os clientes para entender necessidades de negócio, mapear requisitos e transformar demandas em soluções de dados e visualização de informações. O objetivo é utilizar a plataforma de criação de agentes da empresa e suas capacidades de IA para construir soluções que ajudem as empresas a interpretar informações e tomar decisões com mais clareza.

Você acompanhará os projetos desde o levantamento inicial das necessidades até a configuração da solução, a articulação com os times técnicos e a apresentação dos resultados aos clientes.

Buscamos profissionais com perfil analítico, boa comunicação e conhecimentos em dados, BI e visualização. Não é necessário dominar todas as tecnologias de engenharia de dados, mas é importante possuir uma base consistente em analytics e capacidade de compreender desafios técnicos e de negócio.

A posição é indicada para profissionais que desejam combinar conhecimentos de dados, relacionamento com clientes e inteligência artificial em projetos corporativos de diferentes segmentos.

Principais atividades

  • Conduzir reuniões com clientes para compreender necessidades, desafios e objetivos relacionados a dados e analytics.
  • Realizar o levantamento e o detalhamento de requisitos, transformando necessidades de negócio em escopos e especificações de solução.
  • Desenvolver e configurar soluções de visualização de dados e dashboards, conforme as necessidades identificadas.
  • Utilizar recursos da plataforma para estruturar agentes, fluxos e funcionalidades que apoiem os projetos de analytics.
  • Trabalhar com dados e indicadores para construir visualizações relevantes para os objetivos dos clientes.
  • Articular demandas com os times internos de desenvolvimento quando houver necessidade de implementações técnicas mais complexas.
  • Acompanhar cronogramas, entregas, pendências e evolução dos projetos.
  • Apresentar atualizações de status aos clientes, esclarecer dúvidas e alinhar expectativas.
  • Coletar feedbacks e propor ajustes nas soluções implementadas.
  • Documentar requisitos, escopos, decisões e informações relevantes para a execução dos projetos.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e das soluções entregues.
  • Experiência ou conhecimentos práticos em Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), engenharia de dados ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento de SQL.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização de dados e construção de dashboards, como Power BI.
  • Conhecimento dos fundamentos de análise e interpretação de dados, com capacidade de transformar informações em visualizações úteis para o negócio.
  • Interesse ou experiência prática com inteligência artificial, agentes de IA ou soluções que integrem IA e dados.
  • Capacidade de compreender requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções técnicas ou funcionais.
  • Boa comunicação para conduzir reuniões, levantar necessidades e apresentar soluções aos clientes.
  • Organização para acompanhar projetos, prazos, entregas e diferentes demandas simultaneamente.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.
  • Inglês funcional para comunicação escrita e participação em reuniões internas.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes ou processos de ETL.
  • Conhecimento de Python para manipulação de dados ou integração de soluções.
  • Familiaridade com cloud computing e arquiteturas de dados.
  • Vivência em projetos de dados para clientes corporativos, especialmente de grande porte.
  • Experiência com plataformas SaaS, agentes de IA ou automações inteligentes.
