The posting

This is a senior individual-contributor product role focused on helping enterprise customers turn AI deployments into measurable business value. You will own a defined customer-success product backlog and partner with Customer Success, forward-deployed teams, Solutions, Design, and Engineering from discovery through launch and adoption. You will work with customers in the United States and Brazil, learn unfamiliar industries quickly, and turn field insight into improvements that scale beyond one account.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product backlog for customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, and value realization: define problems, priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Partner with Customer Success, forward-deployed teams, Solutions, and Engineering to map customer workflows, requirements, dependencies, integrations, and production acceptance criteria.
  • Lead hands-on discovery with business users and technical stakeholders; learn each industry’s terminology, operating processes, and constraints, then write clear product requirements.
  • Maintain a transparent view of customer commitments, product milestones, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs; communicate what is ready, what is blocked, and why.
  • Translate domain-specific needs into practical agent configurations, workflow improvements, integrations, and reusable product capabilities without defaulting to one-off builds.
  • Triage customer issues by distinguishing defects, model-quality concerns, data or integration problems, configuration needs, enablement gaps, and genuine feature requests.
  • Work with Design, Engineering, Security, and customer-facing teams to deliver usable, secure, governable enterprise experiences and verify that releases solve the intended problem.
  • Use evidence from time to value, activation, adoption, customer health, business outcomes, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities to prioritize the next product improvements.
  • Outcome-focused. You connect product decisions and AI usage to measurable operational, financial, risk, or customer-experience results.
  • A rapid domain learner. You can enter an unfamiliar industry, learn its vocabulary, workflows, regulations, and decision criteria, and become credible with customers quickly.
  • Technically conversant. You can discuss data flows, integrations, AI capabilities, agent behavior, evaluation, security, and deployment constraints with technical partners.
  • Enterprise-ready. You can run discovery, document decisions, manage complex stakeholders, and communicate clearly with both frontline users and executives.
  • A hands-on product owner. You can take an ambiguous customer problem from discovery to release, make sound tradeoffs, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Bilingual and cross-cultural. English and Portuguese and work effectively across US and Brazilian business cultures. Nice to Have
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise SaaS, AI, data, or cloud products, especially in implementation or customer-facing environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agent design, prompt and tool orchestration, evaluation, and model limitations.
  • Experience with regulated or operationally complex industries, private deployments, security controls, or SOC 2–aligned enterprise requirements.
  • Experience defining and using customer-success KPIs such as time to value, adoption, customer health, retention, renewal, expansion, and documented business impact.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
