Estamos trabalhando na vaga de Product Operations Specialist para startup de tecnologia focada em plataforma de IA para criar agentes.

Sobre a vaga Estamos em busca de uma pessoa organizada, autônoma e com excelente habilidade de comunicação para atuar de forma transversal entre diferentes squads de produto e engenharia.

Nessa posição, você será responsável por acompanhar os processos, as cadências e as entregas dos times, garantindo alinhamento, visibilidade das informações e consistência na execução dos projetos. Seu papel será conectar diferentes equipes, identificar obstáculos e contribuir para a melhoria contínua das operações.

É uma oportunidade para quem gosta de estruturar processos, trabalhar com métricas e facilitar a colaboração entre pessoas, com autonomia para identificar problemas e mobilizar os envolvidos na busca por soluções.

Principais atividades

  • Acompanhar transversalmente aproximadamente seis squads de produto e engenharia, garantindo alinhamento entre processos, prioridades e cadências de trabalho.
  • Organizar e acompanhar rituais, reuniões, cerimônias e ciclos de entrega dos times.
  • Monitorar métricas operacionais e indicadores de acompanhamento das equipes, identificando desvios, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Garantir a organização e a atualização da documentação dos processos e das iniciativas de produto.
  • Acompanhar o planejamento e a execução das sprints, identificando impactos de demandas urgentes e mudanças de prioridade.
  • Identificar impedimentos que comprometam o andamento das entregas e articular soluções com as áreas envolvidas.
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre produto, engenharia e outras áreas da empresa, promovendo alinhamento e colaboração.
  • Consolidar informações sobre a operação dos squads e preparar reportes para a liderança e demais stakeholders.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, utilizando dados para identificar o que está funcionando e o que precisa ser ajustado.
  • Acompanhar o andamento das iniciativas para compreender o contexto e as necessidades de cada squad, mantendo uma visão integrada da operação.
  • Experiência com operações, gestão de projetos, gestão de programas, processos ou metodologias ágeis.
  • Conhecimento de práticas e rotinas de trabalho com squads, incluindo sprints, cerimônias e acompanhamento de entregas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com métricas e indicadores para acompanhar processos, identificar gargalos e apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Familiaridade com inteligência artificial e seus principais conceitos, sendo importante utilizar ou ter familiaridade prática com ferramentas de IA.
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado, com capacidade de compreender informações, participar de conversas e elaborar comunicações escritas. (irá atuar em equipes multiculturais)
  • Excelente organização e capacidade de estruturar informações e processos.
  • Autonomia e proatividade para buscar informações, identificar problemas e conduzir ações sem depender de direcionamento constante.
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal, com habilidade para negociar, alinhar expectativas e cobrar combinados de maneira construtiva.
  • Perfil conciliador e capacidade de lidar com diferentes áreas, prioridades e pontos de vista.
