The posting

Job Description 1. Support the identification and evaluation of new business channels, overseas markets, customer segments, and distribution networks to expand the Company’s local and export business.

2. Support the implementation of market entry strategies and business plans to drive sales growth and strengthen the Company’s presence in local and international markets.

3. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer assessments to help identify potential business opportunities and market expansion prospects.

4. Support customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations, and follow up with customers to build relationships and secure new sales opportunities.

5. Record sales performance, market trends, and business development progress, and provide regular updates to Management.

6. Process quotations, proposals, and business offers, and follow up promptly with prospective customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.

7. Record and update customer accounts, quotations, sales activities, and sales pipelines accurately in the Company’s database.

8. Follow market trends, industry developments, and emerging customer needs, and support the Product Development team by recording and sharing market insights for evaluation and potential product development.

9. Support other business development, sales, and ad hoc activities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or overseas market expansion, including managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

3. Strong business acumen, analytical and market research skills to identify new markets, channels and opportunities.

4. Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication and cross-cultural skills to win new sales.

5. Experience preparing quotations, proposals, sales reports and business plans.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with accurate record-keeping of customer and sales pipeline data.

7. Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

8. Willing to travel locally and overseas for customer visits and market development.

9. Good written and spoken English.

10. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG or consumer health industries; experience in market entry planning, competitor benchmarking and commercial opportunity assessment; familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation; and additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be an advantage.
