一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找充满热情、具备商业洞察力与数据分析能力、并渴望在全球舞台上实现价值的应届毕业生作为管培生人选，你将通过为期 1-2 年的系统性学习与深度实践，全面掌握从全球网点运营监控、全链路流程优化到物流营运数字化体系搭建的核心能力，成为打造全球高效、稳定、智能物流网络的未来业务骨干与管理者。（需周期性海外出差，介意勿投！） 二、工作职责 1、网络运营管理方向：全球网点端全链路运营优化 • 核心指标管控：负责监控全球网点端成本、时效、服务、质量等核心营运类指标，通过多维度数据分析定位运营痛点与改善机会，制定并跟进专项改善举措，确保达成集团既定的网络运营目标。 • 操作流程优化：参与推进全球网点全场景操作流程的标准化与精益化升级，涵盖网点揽收派送、跨境仓作业、退件仓处理、中转衔接等核心环节，持续提升网络整体运营效率。 • 网络资源统筹：协助统筹全球各区域网点的运力、人力、场地、设备等核心资源，根据业务量波动与区域发展特点动态调整资源配置，保障网络在日常及高峰期的稳定运行。 • 异常问题闭环：建立并完善网点端运营异常问题的快速响应与闭环处理机制，协调解决跨区域、跨部门的运营协同难题，提升网络运营的韧性与可靠性。 2、数字化赋能方向：网络侧标准化与智能化体系建设 • 标准化体系搭建：参与制定并完善全球网络侧的运营标准、服务规范与管理体系，推动各国家 / 地区网点在形象标识、操作流程、服务质量上的统一标准化落地。 • 线上化智能化升级：协助协调产研与技术资源，参与网络运营相关系统、工具与智能设备的需求梳理、功能测试与迭代优化，实现网点操作、数据监控、问题处理的全流程线上化与智能化。 • 数据驱动决策：深度挖掘与分析网络运营全链路数据，输出周期性运营洞察报告与专项分析报告，为网络策略调整、资源投入优化、风险预警提供精准的数据支撑与决策建议。 • 网点端赋能培训：基于全球网络运营标准与最佳实践案例，参与建设面向全球网点负责人与一线员工的分层赋能培训体系，开发标准化培训课程，提升网点整体运营能力与服务水平。

一、任职要求 1、学历专业：本科及以上学历毕业生，专业不限，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程、数据分析、统计学、计算机科学等相关专业或有 1 段及以上物流 / 互联网运营实习经历优先。 2、核心能力： • 系统思维：对物流网络运营与流程优化有浓厚兴趣，具备全局视角与结构化分析问题的能力。 • 数据能力：具备出色的逻辑思维与数据分析能力。 • 国际视野：拥有优秀的英语沟通能力（CET-6 或同等水平以上），能以英语作为工作语言。具备海外学习、生活或跨文化项目经验者优先。 3、个人素质： • 强大的自驱力：能主动在复杂的全球化业务环境中探索和学习，对解决复杂运营问题充满热情。 • 卓越的沟通协调：具备出色的跨文化、跨部门沟通与协同能力，善于整合多方资源推动项目落地。 • 结果导向与韧性：能适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境，以强大的执行力确保目标达成，面对挑战具备良好的抗压能力。
