一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找对物流质控体系充满热情、具备强大学习与逻辑分析能力的应届毕业生作为管培生人选，你将在入职后系统性掌握从电商平台对接到全链路时效优化的专业知识和实战技能，成长为能够支撑集团全球业务质量目标达成的未来专家与管理人才（岗位需周期性出差海外，介意勿投）。

二、主要职责 1、平台运营支持 • 协助梳理各电商平台（如TikTok, Shopee, Lazada等）的物流服务规则与考核指标，参与内部培训材料的准备与落地。 • 支持日常平台数据监控与对接工作，学习识别数据异常，跟进问题并协助推动改善。 • 参与优化平台日常运营对接机制，包括通讯、数据平台与会议流程等。 2、时效改善提升 • 在导师指导下，学习并应用关键时效指标（如时效签收率、妥投及时率等）的定义、监控与分析。 • 参与具体环节（如揽收、转运、派送）的问题定位与改善项目，协助完成数据归因与复盘报告。 • 参与优秀改善案例及方法论的收集、整理，协助形成标准化知识库。 3、数据产品与标准化支持 • 协助业务部门梳理数据需求，参与数据产品（如报表、看板）的需求沟通与测试，为管理决策提供支持。 • 参与营运标准化建设，在指导下进行术语规范、指标逻辑统一、基础流程的文档梳理与维护工作。 4、项目实践与协同 • 参与集团“市占、利润、质量”综合考评体系下的专项质控改善项目。 • 协同各职能部门及各国业务团队，推动质控方案落地，在实践中理解业务闭环。

一、任职要求 1、履历要求：本科及以上学历毕业生，德语、法语、葡萄牙语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语等相关专业优先。 2、知识技能： • 具备优秀的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL或Python者优先。 • 具备良好的PPT制作与报告撰写能力，能清晰呈现分析结果。 • 英语六级或同等水平以上，能作为工作语言者优先。 3、个人素质： • 强自驱力与学习能力：渴望深入业务，能快速在复杂体系中学习与成长。 • 沟通协调能力：具备良好的跨部门沟通与协同能力，有学生工作或项目负责人经验者佳。 • 抗压与韧性：能适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境，接受海外出差。 • 注重细节：对工作严谨负责，追求准确与卓越。
