1. 系统学习公司各类采购品类分类标准、行业特性、市场行情及供应商资源体系，熟悉不同品类的采购标准、成本结构与交付要求。 2. 协助品类负责人开展日常采购管理工作，包含品类需求汇总、采购计划梳理、物料核价、订单跟进、交付进度跟踪，保障各品类物资按需、保质、按时供应。 3. 协助完成品类数据统计与分析，定期整理品类采购金额、成本波动、交付合格率、退换货率等核心数据，输出基础数据分析报告，为品类优化、成本管控提供数据支撑。 4. 跟进品类供应商日常管理工作，协助开展供应商筛选、资质审核、对账复盘、履约评估，配合完成供应商分级、优化及资源储备工作，搭建良性的品类供应商生态。 5. 学习品类战略规划逻辑，协助落地品类降本增效、替代物料开发、采购流程优化等专项工作，持续优化品类采购管理体系。

1.统招本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先；英语、西班牙语等小语种专业、供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 2. 语言能力：英语六级以上，可独立作为工作语言完成国内外商务对接、邮件沟通、业务洽谈及海外赋能工作，读写流利、口语沟通顺畅；熟练小语种可加分。 2. 办公能力：熟练使用Office全套办公软件，精通Excel数据统计、函数运用、报表制作，可独立完成品类数据整理、运营台账搭建、数据分析报告输出。 3. 专业素养：了解基础供应链、采购管理、品类运营相关知识，熟悉采购基本流程者优先；具备基础的数据分析、逻辑梳理能力。 4. 通用能力：具备良好的商务对接、跨部门沟通协调能力，思路清晰、执行力强，可高效推进各项采购运营及品类管理工作。 5.具备1段及以上采购、供应链、品类运营、外贸对接相关实习经历者优先，有海外业务对接、数据运营、项目协助经验者优先。

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
