二、岗位职责： 作为集团营运部客服支持管培生，你将深度参与到集团层面的客服体系建设与优化工作中，通过一线实操和项目实践，全面了解客服支持的核心职能。你的主要职责包括： 1、服务入口优化： 协助分析和优化全球客户服务渠道（如热线、在线客服）的流程与效率。 参与推动智能客服工具（如 Chatbot、智能语音）的应用与流程优化，提升自动化服务能力。 协助分析呼叫中心运营数据，提出降本增效的建议。 2、工单与理赔管理： 协助梳理和优化全球工单处理流程标准，提升工单处理时效与质量。 参与搭建和优化理赔规则与流程，推动理赔流程的标准化与线上化。 通过数据分析，定位理赔异常环节，推动运营改善，降低理赔成本。 3、客户声音洞察： 协助收集、分析全球客户反馈数据，洞察用户痛点与需求。 参与将客户声音转化为具体的改善建议，并跟进推动相关部门落地。 协助搭建客户声音反馈闭环管理机制。 4、系统与标准化建设： 参与工单系统、理赔系统、仲裁系统等客服工具的需求梳理与优化。 协助制定和完善客服相关的标准与流程，推动全球客服体系的标准化。

一、任职要求： 1、教育背景： 本科及以上学历，德语、法语、葡萄牙语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语等相关专业优先。 2、技能要求： 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力。 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel，有 SQL 等数据分析工具经验者优先。 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同文化背景的团队协作。 3、素质要求： 英语听说读写流利。 具备强烈的同理心和客户服务意识。 结果导向，抗压能力强，能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作。 学习能力强，有意愿在客户体验管理领域长期发展。 英语听说读写流利。
