1. 内容创作与文案输出：协助完成企业文化全品类内容选题、撰写与制作，覆盖深度长文、员工人物特稿、公司活动文案、新媒体图文、短视频脚本等内容；在导师指导下练习结构化报告、正式汇报材料撰写，兼顾专业严谨文风与感染力叙事文风。 2. 人物采访与故事挖掘：跟随团队深入公司一线，协助开展各层级员工、标杆人物访谈工作，负责访谈记录、素材整理、故事提炼，参与内部访谈栏目、员工人物报道、优秀业务标杆案例的采编与传播落地。 3.行业与业务洞察积累：持续跟踪公司业务动态、行业发展趋势，学习理解企业经营逻辑与业务模式，擅长从日常工作、业务数据、一线细节中挖掘文化亮点，为内容选题、文化传播提供有效思路与素材支撑。 4. 新媒体传播与爆款打造：学习掌握互联网传播逻辑与新媒体运营技巧，培养网感和爆款思维，协助打磨内容选题、封面标题、呈现形式，助力公司公众号、视频号、内刊等内外渠道内容破圈传播，提升文化传播影响力。 5. 文化建设与活动落地：协助企业文化主题活动的策划、执行与复盘工作，负责活动前期文案筹备、中期素材拍摄记录、后期内容总结传播；参与内部文化阵地（内刊、新媒体账号）的日常运营，配合完成文字、视觉素材的整合输出。 6. 跨部门协作与工作汇报：配合团队完成跨部门沟通对接，联动各业务部门挖掘文化素材、落地文化传播工作；协助撰写各类文化工作汇报、总结报告，支撑团队及管理层工作决策，推动文化内容与业务发展高效联动。
