1.能协助负责产品或项目的整体测试工作，包含：功能、性能、自动化、代码质量走查等方面； 2.根据公司相关流程规范,协助完成项目测试计划制定，需求分析，脑图设计，需求返讲，用例设计，系统测试并综合分析版本质量出具测试报告； 3.跟开发人员紧密合作，优化、提高研发测试效率和输出质量，利用测试驱动，推动项目顺利按计划进行； 4.能够通过对测试专项及产品业务的自主钻研，并通过日常交流及定期分享方式，提高团队整体技能。

1.学历与专业：本科及以上学历，物流或计算机相关专业优先； 2.知识与技能： - 熟练使用jenkins进行持续集成工作； - 熟悉Linux、UNIX系统，能够熟练应用命令自主搭建测试环境并发布产品版本； - 熟练应用sql语句结合功能测试，快速定位问题； - 熟练掌握至少一个测试专项知识（jmeter性能测试或selenium自动化测试）； - 使用过或熟悉常见的消息中间件，如kafka，rabbitmq，rocketmq； - 熟悉测试流程及测试相关规范，并驱动开发推动项目进度； 3.性格特征：活泼开朗，正直有责任心。 4.毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
