1、学历与专业：全日制本科或硕士研究生，计算机软件技术、管理学、西班牙语相关专业等； 2、知识与能力： 1）能清晰拆解复杂问题，通过数据或现象推导结论（例如：分析用户反馈，判断需求优先级），具备基本的商业敏感度，理解产品与市场、用户、盈利模式的关系； 2）能高效与跨部门团队（如研发、设计、运营、销售）沟通，准确传递需求和信息；具备同理心，能理解用户和合作方的立场，推动共识达成； 3）快速掌握行业知识、产品技能（如 Axure 原型设计、数据分析工具）； 4）将想法转化为具体行动，推进项目落地；在多任务并行或 deadlines 紧张时，保持工作效率和质量； 5）会使用 Axure等原型工具，或 Excel、SQL、Python 等数据分析工具，了解产品经理常用方法论（如敏捷开发、用户故事地图）； 3、工作经历： 1）有产品、运营、市场调研等实习经历优先，熟悉产品工作流程（如需求调研、原型设计、迭代优化）； 2）在校期间主导或参与过创新创业项目、产品设计比赛、用户调研活动等，能体现解决问题的能力； 4、个性特征：性格外向、善于沟通、有责任心、上进心，对工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳、追求卓越。
