一、部门介绍 奥索斯是极兔速递专注于智能物流装备及综合物流解决方案的业务板块，业务涵盖方案规划设计、装备研发制造、安装交付、软件系统集成及全生命周期售后服务。目前业务已覆盖全球多个国家和地区，累计交付项目460+，持续以智能化、自动化技术助力全球物流效率提升。

二、工作内容 1、根据公司经营需要，参与项目开发全过程； 2、根据公司产品开发计划需求，参与市场调研，组织对产品作出设计方案、建立3D模型、完成详细设计，组织各阶段评审； 3、积极参与研发部门建设工作，包括参与技术文档整理和编写，标准化模板的制定和讨论，参与同行评审等； 3、配合售后部门做好售后技术支持，为产品实现过程品质可控提供保障，提升品质 4、根据反馈，对设备进行持续的设计改进与优化，对产品的性能优化、功能外延、成本优化等工作； 5、总结经验改进产品、定型产品，能够基于理论研究做研发试验的逆向工程，并使其实现产品化； 6、负责对生产产品的品质把控，发现问题及时对异常情况作出反应，并制定合理化的生产整改措施。

1、统招本科，机械、自动化、电气等相关专业； 2、熟悉机械原理，精通计算机辅助设计及各类绘图软件； 3、专业课排名前20%，有学生会任职经历，负责组织过大型学生活动优先 4、良好的语言表达和沟通协调能力，思维逻辑清晰，具有一定的统筹能力和商务谈判能力 5、个性开朗，诚实正直、吃苦耐劳、思维敏锐、务实敬业 6、有物流设备相关公司实习经历优先考虑

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
