一、岗位概述​ 综合管培生岗位旨在通过系统化、分阶段的轮岗实践与专项培养，锻造具备全面业务理解、扎实专业技能与优秀经营管理能力的复合型管理人才，支撑公司业务持续发展与组织能力升级。所以这个岗位在培养计划中就会有更高的期望，对应也会有更高的要求。（需进行周期性海内外出差，介意勿投！）

二、职位定位​ 公司已规划将业务覆盖至全球更多的国家和地区，综合管培生的定位就是未来新业务的区域经营管理者/负责人，所以培养完成后大概率会有一阶段在海外业务持续发展，即国内培养—输出海外。

三、主要职责​ 1. 初期融合与业务认知：在基层网点/中心进行轮岗实践，深入一线熟悉业务流程、客户服务及日常运营。 2. 专业深化与管理启蒙：进入网点管理岗位，参与运营管理、流程优化、团队协作及市场支持工作。 3. 经营历练与团队带领：片区经营实践，主导业务拓展、绩效改进、团队建设及资源协调，实现从执行到管理的跨越。 4. 持续提升：参与公司组织的培训、案例研讨、项目实践及导师辅导，完成各阶段考核与能力提升目标。

一、任职要求​ • 学历专业：硕士及以上学历，专业不限，物流、市场营销、理工科专业优先。 • 英语六级，具备英语口语能力，有小语种优势更佳。 • 高度认同公司文化与价值观，正直诚信，具备强烈的责任感和奋斗精神。 • 出色的沟通协调能力、快速学习能力、抗压能力与逻辑思维能力。 • 具备团队协作意识与初步的问题分析与解决能力。 • 适应阶段性跨地区轮岗安排，能灵活应对工作挑战。
