一、岗位概述：极兔27届财务管培生（海外储备方向），作为集团财务后备人才，轮岗覆盖核算、结算、税务、财务 BP、财务分析模块，深耕物流财务全链路，后续可外派海外区域，支撑海外业务财务落地。 二、岗位职责： 1、参与财务多模块轮岗，覆盖总账、结算、税务、财务 BP、财务分析等方向，熟悉集团财务全流程工作； 2、核算模块：提升全球财务收入成本流程质量管理，聚焦集团整体账务数据质量，推动全球核算规则标准化，提升期末结账效率，为管理报告输出提供基础账务数据与分析支持； 3、结算模块：负责结算项目核查与落地执行，优化结算质量，识别、防范结算相关潜在风险； 4、税务模块：开展纳税情况分析，配合推进集团税收筹划工作，保障税务合规； 5、财务BP模块：深入业务前端，联动业务开展经营管理，跟踪业务指标，输出经营洞察，支撑业务经营决策，助力业务降本增效； 6、财务分析模块：编制日 / 周 / 月度财务报表及分析报告，挖掘数据异常，推动业务端优化整改；

1、学历专业：全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计学等财务相关专业； 2、专业基础：掌握会计、经济学、统计学等经管类专业知识； 3、实习经历：拥有财务相关实习经验优先； 4、综合素质：自驱力强，愿意跨领域多元发展；沟通表达良好，性格开朗； 5、语言与适配性：英语口语良好，能够接受海外出差及海外派驻； 6、毕业时间：2026年9月 —2027年7月毕业（以毕业证、学位证或国外学历学位认证为准）
