岗位描述 1.负责运筹优化方向的算法研究和开发，包括但不限于组合优化、线性规划、混合整数规划、启发式算法等。 2.负责将运筹优化算法并应用于物流选址规划、路由规划、车辆调度、路径规划等场景，实现成本降低效率提高，协助提高核心竞争力。 3.具备良好的数学建模能力，能够从复杂的业务环境中抽象出清晰的数学模型，沉淀核心算法和模型。 4.针对物流场景中的特定痛点，开展专项技术攻关。提出创新性解决方案，助力物流领域的智能化升级。 5.与算法团队、工程团队、产品团队紧密协作，推动算法从实验室到实际场景的落地。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、运筹学、数学、工业工程或相关专业。 2.熟悉机器学习或者优化、运筹学等领域的算法应用和理论，有科研能力并有成果发表在国际会议、期刊者优先。 3.较强的逻辑分析能力和数学建模能力，熟悉机器学习或者运筹学、车辆路径规划领域的经典算法和模型。 4.较好的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/Java等编程语言，熟练使用Gurobi/Cplex/lpSolve等建模求解工具。 5.对新技术有持续学习热情，具备良好的逻辑思维。

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
