一、关于我们： 极兔速递（J&T Express）是一家全球知名的快递物流企业，业务遍及全球多个国家和地区。集团运力管理模块是我们快递网络的 “运输中枢”，负责对运输资源进行前置规划、动态统筹与全流程管控，核心目标是实现运输资源的最优配置，保障快件高效、低成本、安全流转。

二、岗位职责： 作为集团运力管理管培生，你将深度参与到集团层面的运力规划与管理工作中，通过轮岗和项目实践，全面了解运力管理的核心职能。你的主要职责包括： 1、时效与成本管理： 协助监控和分析运输时效指标（如发车准点率、运行准点率、到车准点率），提出改善建议。 参与运输成本分析，协助优化车辆配置、线路规划，推动降本增效。 协助分析和管控加班车、航空运费等关键成本项。 2、安全与运力保障： 协助监控运输安全指标，参与安全管理体系的优化。 参与制定淡旺季运力规划，确保运力供给稳定，支撑业务量波动。 协助跟进供车及时性，保障网络运转顺畅。 3、承运商管理： 协助参与承运商的引入、考核评估与赋能培训。 协助监控承运商运营表现，推动提升运输服务质量。 参与构建健康、长久的承运商合作生态。 4、数据分析与跨部门协同： 协助收集、整理和分析运力相关数据，为决策提供支持。 参与与规划部、采购部、中心管理部、财务部等部门的协同工作，推动运力管理相关流程的优化。

一、任职要求： 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，物流管理、物流工程、交通运输、工业工程等相关专业优先。 技能要求： 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel，有SQL、Python等数据分析工具经验者优先。 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效协作。 对数字敏感，有较强的成本意识和效率意识。 素质要求： 具备强烈的责任心和结果导向意识。 抗压能力强，能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作。 学习能力强，有意愿在物流运力管理领域长期发展。 英语听说读写流利者优先。
