一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找充满热情、具备商业洞察力与数据分析能力、并渴望在全球舞台上实现价值的应届毕业生作为管培生人选，你将通过为期1-2年的系统性学习与深度实践，全面掌握从全球驿站网络拓展、门店标准化运营到数据化服务提升的核心链路，成为打造全球领先的末端服务平台的未来业务骨干/管理者。（需周期性海外出差，介意勿投！）

二、工作职责 1、拓展运营方向：全球末端网络的建设与运营 • 网络规模拓展：协助制定与执行各国驿站门店拓展策略，通过数据分析支持，驱动门店数量、活跃度及业务量（收派件量）的增长。 • 网络运营管理：参与制定并优化全球驿站网络的运营规则、服务标准与操作流程，助力实现各国家终端网络的形象、操作与服务标准化。 • 用户体验提升：围绕驿站服务场景，参与设计并落实站长服务能力提升计划，优化消费者在末端服务的全流程体验。 • 产品与项目落地：协助协调产研资源，参与驿站相关产品功能的需求梳理、测试与迭代，推动关键项目在末端网络的实施与落地。 2、数据支持方向：数据驱动的精细化运营与赋能 • 规模拓展支持：负责监控与分析全球门店规模数据（如建站数、活跃驿站数、门店流失率等），为网络拓展策略提供精准的数据洞察与决策支持。 • 门店运营支持：深度监控与分析门店模块的收、派件量等核心运营数据，定位问题与机会，为提升门店运营效率提供解决方案。 • 服务质量分析：通过数据分析，定位服务质量短板（如投诉率、出库及时率等），参与制定并跟进改善举措，驱动末端服务质量持续提升。 • 数据赋能与培训：基于业务数据分析结果，参与建设与优化面向驿站站长的培训与管理体系，用数据赋能一线，提升网络整体服务能力。

一、任职要求 1、学历专业：本科及以上学历毕业生，专业不限，物流管理、供应链、市场营销、数据分析、统计学、商业管理等相关专业或有1段及以上公司中台运营实习经历优先。 2、核心能力： • 商业意识：对商业模式和市场拓展有浓厚兴趣和初步理解，具备敏锐的业务洞察力。 • 数据能力：具备出色的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL、Python或数据可视化工具（如Tableau）者优先。 • 国际视野：拥有优秀的英语沟通能力（CET-6或同等水平以上），能以英语作为工作语言。具备海外学习、生活或项目经验者优先。 3、个人素质： • 强大的自驱力：能主动在复杂的全球化业务环境中探索和学习，对挑战充满热情。 • 卓越的沟通协调：具备出色的跨文化、跨部门沟通与协同能力，善于整合资源推动问题解决。 • 结果导向与韧性：能适应快节奏、多任务的环境，以强大的执行力确保目标达成。
