1、指标监控与日常经营分析：负责快递全链路（揽收、转运、派送、签收、破损遗失、时效、成本）核心指标体系监控，搭建日报 / 周报 / 月报看板，识别指标异常，定位业务风险。 2、专项分析与根因挖掘：针对网络时效、网点质量、成本优化、区域经营、件量波动等业务问题开展专题数据分析，输出分析报告，定位根因，提出可落地改善方案，推动业务闭环。 3、数据支撑业务决策：支撑网络规划、网点政策、资源调配、质控改善等项目，通过多维度数据拆解、预测分析，为业务策略调整提供数据依据。 4、数据工具与报表建设：使用 SQL 提取 Hive/Spark 数仓数据，搭建业务看板，优化数据口径；联动数仓 / ETL 团队，梳理业务数据需求，推动数据模型、报表迭代。

1、本科及以上，统计学 / 数学 等相关专业，有快递物流行业数据分析、经营分析经验。 2、熟练 SQL，可基于 Hive/Spark 提取数据，能独立搭建业务监控看板、梳理数据口径，可协同数仓团队迭代报表与数据模型。 3、熟悉快递全链路指标（时效、成本、破损、件量等），擅长指标异动识别、业务根因分析，独立输出专项分析报告，输出可落地改善方案并推动闭环。 4、具备多维度数据拆解、预测分析能力，可支撑网络规划、资源调配、网点政策等业务决策。 5、数据敏感度高，逻辑清晰，跨部门沟通良好，结果导向。
