一、部门介绍 奥索斯是极兔速递专注于智能物流装备及综合物流解决方案的业务板块，业务涵盖方案规划设计、装备研发制造、安装交付、软件系统集成及全生命周期售后服务。目前业务已覆盖全球多个国家和地区，累计交付项目460+，持续以智能化、自动化技术助力全球物流效率提升。

二、工作内容 负责物流自动化机械设备的安装、调试、故障维修及日常维护工作，落地标准化售后服务流程； · 响应客户需求，提供专业远程技术支援或现场上门服务，高效解决设备问题； · 现场培训客户操作与维护人员，指导设备规范使用、手册查阅及配件编号查询； · 协助客户完成零配件采购对接、订单跟进，同步做好配件库存及使用跟踪； · 按公司要求规范填写工作报表、提交日常服务报告，做好售后数据记录与反馈； · 参与公司定向培养计划，完成各阶段专业能力与管理能力培训，逐步承接团队协作、工单统筹等管理相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，机械、机电、电气、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识及总结复盘能力，能够主动推进并解决工作中的问题； 3、学习能力强，工作积极主动，具备较强的责任心、执行力及抗压能力； 4、能够适应项目现场工作及长期出差安排，具备良好的环境适应能力； 5、认同公司发展方向，服从工作安排，有意愿在售后服务及售后管理方向长期发展，逐步成长为兼具技术、服务与管理能力的复合型人才。

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
