人资行政实践（根据培训计划确定具体模块） -招聘：参与集团校招、社招全流程运作，开展人才寻访、面试组织、人才评估、雇主品牌建设；跟进招聘数据复盘，持续优化招聘渠道与招聘效率，支撑海内外业务人力供给。 -组织与人才发展：参与组织诊断、组织架构优化相关工作；搭建并落地人才盘点、继任者计划、管理层发展、员工培训体系，设计各类人才发展项目，赋能海内外员工能力成长。 -薪酬绩效&员工关系：协助开展薪酬调研、薪酬核算、激励方案设计；跟进绩效制度落地、绩效结果应用；负责员工入转调离、劳动风险管控、员工沟通、冲突协调，搭建和谐稳定的员工关系。 -组织文化：参与企业文化体系搭建、文化宣传落地，策划员工活动，打造高凝聚力组织氛围，推动核心价值观在全球各区域落地渗透。 -HRBP：沉浸式深入业务条线，作为业务合作伙伴，理解业务战略，落地人力资源解决方案，支撑业务团队组织能力建设、人力风险管控、团队效能提升。 -行政管理：包括差旅管理、会务管理、资产管理、档案管理等，持续完善、优化行政各模块的工作流程和制度，提升行政工作满意度。

1、学历专业：本科及以上学历毕业生，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、劳动与社会保障、社会学等相关专业优先；有 1 段及以上人资行政相关实习经历者优先。 2、核心能力： -逻辑思维：具备良好结构化思考能力，善于信息梳理、问题拆解，能够基于数据开展分析。 -沟通影响力：优秀的沟通协调、共情能力，擅长跨部门协同，具备推动事项落地的能力。 -国际视野：具备良好英语读写与沟通能力，CET-6 及以上优先；拥有海外学习 / 实习经历、跨文化协作经验优先。 3、个人素质 -价值观匹配：积极主动、坦诚清晰、追求卓越，认同物流行业，适应快速发展、变化的业务环境。 -强大自驱力：求知欲强，愿意持续学习人资行政全模块知识，主动探索复杂问题解决方案。 -抗压韧性：适应快节奏、多任务工作场景，目标导向，拥有优秀执行力，能够接受阶段性出差安排。
