一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找对物流行业充满热情、具备良好培养潜力的应届毕业生作为管培生人选，你将在入职后通过系统性学习，掌握快递转运中心运营管理的全貌，涵盖时效、质量、成本、安全与设备调度等核心维度，最终成长为能够独当一面的中心运营管理专家或团队负责人。（需进行周期性海外出差&有意向base海外，介意勿投！）

二、职位定位 本项目旨在通过系统性的培养实践、项目赋能与专业指导，使你快速深入理解快递转运中心运营管理的全貌，涵盖时效、质量、成本、安全与设备调度等核心维度，最终成长为能够独当一面的中心运营管理专家或团队负责人。

二、 主要职责 1、转运操作管理 • 区域运营支持：协助跟进全球各国转运中心的日常运营，包括时效（进/出港及时率）、质量（遗失/破损率）、成本（单票操作成本）等核心指标的监控与改善。 • 数据分析与洞察：参与操作端考核指标的制定、数据报表的梳理与开发，定期输出运营分析报告，为管理决策提供数据支持。 • 项目管理实践：参与或负责具体的运营优化项目（如效能提升、成本管控），跟进项目方案制定、推进落地及效果评估。 2、操作质量管理 • 质量体系与流程：参与全球操作质量监控体系、问题件管理制度的搭建与优化，协助进行质量类培训课件的开发与赋能。 • 全流程质量监控：学习并协助对全球转运中心的操作规范性、无头件/作废件处理、破损率等质量指标进行日常监控与分析，发布质量报告。 • 系统与工具应用：参与质量工单系统、问题件管理系统的功能需求梳理、测试与推广，利用系统工具提升质量管理效率。 3、 设备管理与规划 • 设备全生命周期支持：了解全球转运中心设备管理体系，参与备件库的数字化管理、设备维修人员技能提升项目。 • 项目与创新跟进：协助进行新设备引进的数据测试、设备投入项目的跟进与评估，以及设备产能测算等支持性工作。 4、监控调度与应急管理 • 全球运营监控：在指导下，参与对全球生产指标数据的监控、营运异常事件的初步识别与跟进处理。 • 值班与协同：体验中心24小时值班流程，学习如何协调内外部资源处理运营需求与异常。 • 专项活动支持：参与业务高峰、重大活动或中心功能变更等项目的统筹支持工作。

一、任职要求 1、学历专业：​ 本科及以上学历，德语、法语、葡萄牙语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语专业优先。 2、核心能力： • 数据分析能力：对数据敏感，能熟练使用Excel等工具进行数据处理和分析，从数据中发现问题、定位原因。 • 流程优化意识：具备良好的逻辑思维，乐于并善于发现工作流程中的改进点，推动效率提升。 • 项目管理潜力：具备多任务处理能力，能在指导下制定计划、推进执行并总结复盘。 • 沟通与协同能力：个性开朗，能够清晰表达，具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与IE规划、路由规划、运力、网络管理、质控、人力等多部门进行有效协同。 • 责任心与抗压性：对运营安全和质量有高度责任感，能适应快节奏工作环境，具备处理突发状况的潜质。 • 英语可作为工作语言者优先（支持国际化业务）。
