一、部门介绍 奥索斯是极兔速递专注于智能物流装备及综合物流解决方案的业务板块，业务涵盖方案规划设计、装备研发制造、安装交付、软件系统集成及全生命周期售后服务。目前业务已覆盖全球多个国家和地区，累计交付项目460+，持续以智能化、自动化技术助力全球物流效率提升。

二、工作内容 1.参与供应链相关业务工作，包括采购寻源、采购执行、供应链计划、供应商管理、关务及供应链运营等模块； 2.参与项目供应链全过程管理，协助完成物料需求、采购进度、交付及异常问题的跟踪与协调； 3.参与供应商开发、询报价、商务分析、供应商绩效及供应资源优化等工作； 4.参与供应链运营数据整理与分析，通过数据识别问题并推动流程及效率改善； 5.协助推进供应链制度、流程、系统及标准化体系建设； 6.参与跨部门协同，与项目、研发、生产、质量、财务等团队共同推动业务问题解决； 7.根据公司人才培养安排，完成相关岗位学习、轮岗及专项课题任务。

1.学历要求： 2027届本科及以上学历； 2.专业要求： 机械、电气、自动化、工业工程、物流工程、供应链管理等理工科及相关专业优先； 3.语言要求： CET-6，具备良好的英语阅读及沟通能力； 4.能力要求： 1）逻辑思维清晰，具备较好的数据分析和问题解决能力； 2）学习能力强，对供应链及企业运营具有较强兴趣； 3）具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识； 4）责任心强，执行力好，能够主动推动问题解决； 5）熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备数据分析能力者优先； 5.出差要求： 无固定出差要求； 6.海外要求： 无强制海外派驻或出海要求。

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
