1、本科及以上学历，设计、美术、工业设计、影视/电影等相关专业，具备平面、3D或视频制作能力； 2、审美及创意能力突出，对品牌、设计及内容趋势具有较强敏感度，能够将创意转化为实际作品； 3、具备良好的英语沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言。掌握东南亚、拉美等区域相关小语种加分 4、个性特征：性格乐观开朗，有上进心，能吃苦耐劳，沟通能力强 5、其他：接受海外出差
