一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找对物流行业充满热情、具备强大学习与逻辑分析能力的应届毕业生作为管培生人选，你将在入职后通过系统性学习，掌握快递网络的规划与优化，为公司的全球运营网络赋能。（需进行周期性海外出差，介意勿投！） 我们寻找的不仅是一个执行者，更是一位未来的规划专家，能够运用数据与系统思维，在动态复杂的物流场景中，持续寻找运营效率与成本的最优解。

二、主要职责 1、全程时效与成本平衡规划： • 参与路由规划，依据“时效优先，成本兼顾”原则，设计快件在收、转、运、派各环节的运输方式、走货路径与班次计划，致力于实现全链路最优化。 • 深入理解时效与成本的二元平衡艺术。协助静态时效（干支线、班次规划）的制定与动态时效（监控、预警、改善）的调控。 • 参与多维成本的结构化分析，涉及运力、场地、设备、人力及物料（如循环袋）等核心成本模块，为单票成本优化提供数据与策略支持。 2、全链路资源与流程规划： • 协助工业工程（IE） 相关项目，包括新场地勘察评估、作业区域布局规划、作业方法设计与工艺流程改善，以降低工时、提升人机效率。 • 参与循环袋的全生命周期管理，围绕投入、调拨、仲裁、维修等6大环节，协助制度制定、系统建设与运营分析，推动这一绿色载具的降本增效目标落地。 3、全场景营运支持与体系搭建： • 支持全球营运监控调度体系的搭建与完善，参与业务旺季应对、营运异常处理、场地切换评估等实战项目，保障网络平稳运行。 • 参与精益改善项目的挖掘与推动，通过流程梳理与环节监控，系统性输出降本提效方案并跟进落地。 • 推动规划系统的开发与应用，如静态路由系统，实现快件流转的可视化分析与智能决策支持。

一、任职要求 1、学历专业： 本科及以上学历，物流工程、供应链管理、工业工程、运筹学、交通运输、管理科学与工程、数据分析、统计学等相关专业优先。 2、核心能力： • 卓越的数据分析与逻辑思维：善于从海量运营数据中发现问题、定位根因，并能构建分析模型支持决策。 • 强烈的系统与流程意识：能够理解复杂系统内各环节的关联，具备流程优化和改善的潜在思维。 • 出色的沟通与协调能力：能够清晰表达专业观点，并与运营、技术、场地等多部门协同推进项目。 3、素质要求： • 对物流行业有热情，具备快速学习能力、抗压能力和解决不确定性问题的韧性。 • 具备良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识。 4、技能门槛： • 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其擅长使用Excel/PPT进行数据分析和报告呈现。 • 掌握SQL、Python、R等一种数据分析工具，或具备Tableau/Power BI等数据可视化能力者优先。 • 英语可作为工作语言者优先（支持国际化业务）。
