岗位描述 1.应用NLP算法、大语言模型、多模态大模型等技术，搭建面向多场景的AI助理和智能体应用。 2.应用微调算法技术，训练垂域大模型，提升知识问答、数据分析、任务规划等关键能力，适应国际化多语言环境。 3.参与数据清洗、标注与处理，构建高质量物流场景数据集，提升评测结果的有效性和泛化性。 4.针对物流场景中的特定痛点，开展专项技术攻关。提出创新性解决方案，推动算法在物流领域的智能化升级。 5.与算法团队、工程团队、产品团队紧密协作，推动算法从实验室到实际场景的落地。

1.本科以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、自动化、信息系统等相关专业。 2.具备扎实的NLP和大模型算法基础，熟悉机器学习、深度学习、大模型、智能体等核心理论。 3.熟悉python、torch、LlamaFactory等工具，有意图识别、智能问数、大模型微调等经验优先。 4.在顶级学术会议（如AAAI、NuerIPS等）发表过论文者优先，参与算法竞赛并取得优秀成绩者优先。 5.对新技术有持续学习热情，具备良好的逻辑思维。

毕业时间要求：2026年9月—2027年7月期间毕业的同学（以毕业证/学位证/国外学历学位认证为准）
