Experiencia en:

  • Seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos en entornos de manufactura, producción o industria de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Recopilación, análisis y presentación de información para la toma de decisiones.
  • Elaboración y control de cronogramas, presupuestos y planes de trabajo.
  • Coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios y áreas operativas.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores, riesgos, acuerdos y acciones de mejora.
  • Preparación de reportes ejecutivos y documentación de proyectos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Principios y metodologías de gestión de proyectos.
  • Planeación, control y seguimiento de proyectos de manufactura.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos y hojas de cálculo.
  • Elaboración de presentaciones, reportes e indicadores de desempeño.
  • Procesos de manufactura, mejora continua y gestión de cambios.
  • Administración de riesgos, costos, tiempos y recursos del proyecto.

Actividades:

  1. Dar seguimiento al plan de trabajo, cronograma, presupuesto y entregables de los proyectos asignados.
  2. Coordinar reuniones de avance con las áreas involucradas y documentar acuerdos y compromisos.
  3. Consolidar y analizar información para identificar desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  4. Actualizar indicadores de avance y elaborar reportes para las personas responsables de los proyectos.
  5. Apoyar en la definición de alcance, objetivos, recursos y prioridades de los proyectos.
  6. Monitorear acciones correctivas y preventivas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes establecidos.
  7. Colaborar con las áreas de manufactura, mantenimiento, calidad, ingeniería y otras funciones relacionadas.
  8. Organizar y mantener actualizada la documentación y el control de cambios de cada proyecto.

Competencias:

  • Visión Estratégica, Pensamiento Sistémico, Organización y Ejecución

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión de Proyectos o carrera afín.
