Experiencia en:

  • Deseable experiencia en la coordinación y gestión de programas ambientales en la industria de alimentos y bebidas o sector manufacturero.
  • Implementación de proyectos orientados a la sostenibilidad y reducción de impacto ambiental.
  • Seguimiento y documentación de cumplimiento legal ambiental (normas federales y locales).
  • Participación en auditorías ambientales internas y externas.
  • Aceptamos recién egresados/as que hayan liderado proyectos ambientales en la universidad.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo de normatividad ambiental mexicana (NOM, Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y Protección al Ambiente).
  • Gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
  • Monitoreo y reporte de indicadores ambientales (agua, energía, residuos, emisiones).
  • Elaboración de reportes técnicos y evidencias para autoridades regulatorias.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos ambientales.

Actividades:

  1. Coordinar y vigilar el cumplimiento de políticas, normas y procedimientos ambientales en planta y oficinas.
  2. Gestionar campañas de concientización y capacitación ambiental para el personal.
  3. Supervisar el manejo eficiente de residuos, uso de agua y energía, promoviendo la mejora continua en procesos sustentables.
  4. Preparar, actualizar y entregar reportes periódicos de desempeño ambiental a la empresa y a las autoridades.
  5. Participar activamente en auditorías ambientales y planes de acción para la mitigación de riesgos ecológicos.
  6. Colaborar con áreas de seguridad, calidad y producción para generar sinergias en iniciativas de sustentabilidad.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Ambiental, Química, Biología, Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad ambiental o afín.
