Experiencia en:

  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria y equipos industriales, preferentemente en empresas de alimentos y bebidas, manufactura o consumo masivo (Centro de distribución un plus)
  • Diagnóstico y reparación de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y de control.
  • Operación y mantenimiento, equipos de proceso, sistemas de servicios e infraestructura.
  • Ejecución de órdenes de trabajo y seguimiento a programas de mantenimiento.
  • Aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Mantenimiento industrial preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Mecánica, electricidad industrial, neumática, hidráulica y control básico.
  • Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Uso de herramientas manuales, eléctricas e instrumentos de medición.
  • Manejo de sistemas de órdenes de trabajo y registros de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimiento de normas de seguridad industrial, bloqueo y etiquetado, calidad e inocuidad.

Actividades:

  1. Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en maquinaria e instalaciones.
  2. Diagnosticar fallas y realizar reparaciones mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y de control, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  3. Inspeccionar diariamente los equipos y reportar condiciones anormales, riesgos o necesidades de intervención.
  4. Dar seguimiento al programa de mantenimiento y atender las órdenes de trabajo asignadas en tiempo y forma.
  5. Realizar ajustes, cambios de componentes, lubricación, calibraciones y pruebas de funcionamiento de los equipos.
  6. Verificar la correcta operación de las líneas de producción después de cada intervención, asegurando la continuidad y confiabilidad operativa.
  7. Registrar las actividades realizadas, materiales utilizados, tiempos de atención y causas de las fallas.
  8. Participar en el análisis de causa raíz y en la implementación de acciones para evitar la recurrencia de fallas.
  9. Colaborar con las áreas de Producción, Calidad, Seguridad y Operaciones para atender requerimientos técnicos y mejorar el desempeño de los equipos.
  10. Utilizar correctamente el equipo de protección personal y cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad.
  11. Mantener en orden y buenas condiciones las herramientas, equipos de trabajo y áreas asignadas.
  12. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, reducción de paros y optimización de los procesos de mantenimiento.

Escolaridad:
