Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en:

  • Elaboración, análisis y presentación de estados financieros.
  • Procesos de cierre contable mensual y anual.
  • Conciliaciones contables y análisis de cuentas de balance y resultados.
  • Preparación de información para auditorías internas y externas.
  • Preferentemente, experiencia en empresas de manufactura, alimentos y bebidas o consumo masivo.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Normas de Información Financiera (NIF) y principios contables aplicables.
  • Integración y análisis de estados financieros: balance general, estado de resultados y flujo de efectivo.
  • Contabilidad general, pólizas, balanzas de comprobación y conciliaciones.
  • Excel avanzado y manejo de sistemas ERP; SAP es deseable.
  • Control interno, documentación de procesos y atención de auditorías.

Actividades:

  1. Preparar e integrar los estados financieros periódicos, verificando la integridad y consistencia de la información contable.
  2. Participar en los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, dando seguimiento al calendario y a los entregables establecidos.
  3. Analizar las cuentas contables y explicar variaciones relevantes entre periodos, presupuesto y resultados reales.
  4. Elaborar conciliaciones de cuentas y dar seguimiento a partidas pendientes hasta su resolución.
  5. Validar registros contables y apoyar en la aplicación consistente de las políticas y normas financieras.
  6. Preparar reportes, análisis y documentación para las áreas internas y la toma de decisiones.
  7. Atender requerimientos de auditoría interna y externa, recopilando evidencia y dando seguimiento a observaciones.
  8. Identificar oportunidades para fortalecer los controles internos y mejorar los procesos de información financiera.
  9. Coordinarse con las áreas involucradas para asegurar la entrega oportuna y confiable de información contable.
  10. Mantener actualizados los archivos de soporte y registros relacionados con los estados financieros.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura concluida en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín.
