Experiencia deseable mínima de 1 a 3 años en:

  • Gestión de inventarios y resurtido en canal moderno o retail.
  • Análisis de ventas, pronósticos de demanda y rotación de productos.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores operativos (fill rate, cobertura, niveles de servicio) y ejecución de planes de acción con clientes.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Dominio de herramientas de análisis y reporte (Excel intermedio/avanzado, plataformas de resurtido, dashboards).
  • Manejo de herramientas de forecasting y métricas de canal moderno (FR, cobertura, rotación).
  • Conocimientos básicos de Power BI o plataformas de visualización (deseable).

Actividades:

  1. Generar y ejecutar planes de resurtido y control de inventarios en conjunto con clientes, asegurando disponibilidad óptima de producto en punto de venta.
  2. Monitorear y reportar indicadores clave, identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer acciones correctivas a nivel PDV.
  3. Colaborar con áreas internas (Comercial, KAM, Servicio al Cliente) y equipos del cliente para optimizar la ejecución en tienda.
  4. Realizar visitas de campo para validar surtido, coberturas y comportamiento de la categoría.
  5. Proporcionar estatus periódicos sobre desempeño, riesgos y avances relacionados con el resurtido.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o áreas afines.
