Description du poste

Chez Julhiet Sterwen, nous accompagnons les acteurs majeurs de la banque privée, de l’asset management et des marchés financiers dans leurs transformations stratégiques, organisationnelles et technologiques. Notre positionnement est clair : allier vision métier, structuration et mise en œuvre concrète, avec une attention forte portée à la valeur créée et à l’adoption.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre communauté Marchés Financiers en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) / Senior Consultant(e).

Vous intervenez auprès de Directions Générales, métiers et IT sur des projets de transformation dans les domaines de la banque privée et /ou de l’asset management, avec une approche orientée valeur métier et mise en œuvre concrète.

Nous accompagnons nos clients de bout en bout : cadrage stratégique, définition de modèles cibles, transformation des organisations et déploiement opérationnel.

Vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Contribuer à la définition de feuilles de route de transformation (organisation, digital, data)
  • Participer à la définition de modèles cibles (Target Operating Model, processus, organisation)
  • Analyser les organisations, processus et outils existants
  • Identifier des axes d’amélioration et formuler des recommandations concrètes
  • Contribuer à la production de livrables et à l’animation d’ateliers
  • Accompagner le pilotage des projets (suivi, coordination, risques)
  • Interagir avec des parties prenantes variées (métiers, IT, compliance…)
  • Participer aux travaux d’avant-vente et au développement des offres

Vous intervenez dans des environnements exigeants, au cœur des transformations de la place financière suisse.

Qualifications

  • De formation supérieure (Master – EPF, HEC ou équivalent)
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en conseil, transformation ou au sein d’une institution financière suisse
  • Expérience en environnement projet (business analysis, coordination, transformation)
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux du secteur financier (wealth management, asset management, marchés financiers)
  • Capacité à structurer, analyser et produire des livrables de qualité
  • Aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs métiers et IT
  • Vous travaillez couramment en anglais (niveau C1 requis)
  • Résidant(e) en Suisse ou disposé(e) à vous relocaliser rapidement

Une expérience dans la banque privée et/ou l’asset management (en Suisse) est requise.
