Description du poste

En tant que Consultant(e) en transformation, vous accompagnerez les compagnies d’assurance, bancassureurs, mutuelles, institutions de prévoyance et assurtechs dans leurs projets de transformation stratégique, organisationnelle, digitale et réglementaire.​

Votre objectif : les aider à adapter leur organisation, moderniser leur fonctionnement et renforcer leur efficacité opérationnelle, dans un contexte de forte mutation du secteur.​

Exemples de missions​

Vous serez amené(e) à intervenir sur des missions variées à fort impact, telles que :​

  • Réalisation de diagnostics d’organisation​
  • Refonte des parcours clients et collaborateurs​
  • Digitalisation et automatisation des processus métiers ​
  • Transformation des modèles opérationnels front, middle et back-office​
  • Optimisation des modèles de distribution et des dispositifs de pilotage​
  • Intégration des enjeux de durabilité et de performance responsable dans les transformations​

Votre rôle au sein du cabinet​

Au-delà des missions, vous jouerez un rôle actif dans le développement du cabinet :​

  • Participation au développement de notre communauté Assurance (veille, développement d’offres, benchmarks, etc.)​
  • Contribution à la rédaction de publications, animation de tables rondes et événements clients​
  • Implication dans la vie interne du cabinet (formations, recrutement, initiatives internes)​
  • Pilotage de missions complexes de transformation ou de stratégie.​
  • Gestion de la relation client au quotidien et développement commercial.​
  • Encadrement d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (jusqu’à 5-10 personnes).​
  • Contribution active à la stratégie du cabinet (offres, recrutement, formation).​
  • Animation de communautés internes (secteur, expertise, innovation).

Qualifications

Julhiet Sterwen s’engage : tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.

  • 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en conseil, avec une spécialisation Assurance.​
  • Expérience avérée en gestion de projet complexe et en développement commercial.​
  • Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer et à faire grandir les équipes.​
  • Vision stratégique et capacité à dialoguer avec des décideurs de haut niveau.​
  • Solide culture bancaire et compréhension fine des enjeux business et réglementaires.​
  • Capacité à construire des offres innovantes et à répondre à des appels d’offres.​
  • Maîtrise des enjeux de transformation digitale et data dans l’Assurance.​
  • Vous travaillez couramment en anglais
