Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamführung mit Spaß: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Team während Deiner Schicht, sorgst für gute Stimmung und hilfst bei allen Fragen oder Problemen
  • Sicherheit geht vor: Du achtest darauf, dass alle Sicherheitsvorgaben eingehalten werden – von der Überprüfung der Attraktionen bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Gastfreundschaft: Du kümmerst dich um unsere Gäste, sorgst dafür, dass sie sich wohlfühlen, und bist der Ansprechpartner bei Fragen oder Wünschen
  • Multitasking-Profi: Du jonglierst zwischen Trampolinen, Kasse und der Gastronomie und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft – und das mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht
  • Organisation: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie Schichtübergaben, Dokumentation von Vorkommnissen und sorgst für die korrekte Kassenabrechnung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast schon erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und kannst ein Team motivieren
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, aber auch jemand, der selbst Verantwortung übernimmt
  • ein Lächeln auf den Lippen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist auch bereit an Wochenenden und in den Ferien zu arbeiten
  • Wenn du schon Erfahrung in der Freizeitbranche hast, umso besser, aber kein Muss!
  • Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Erste-Hilfe-Schein oder reichst diesen innerhalb von 6 Wochen nach
