Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Führung des Parks und verantwortest den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg (Budget- und Kostenverantwortung)
  • zusammen mit Deinem Team sorgst Du für ein hervorragendes Gästeerlebnis, sowie die Sicherheit unserer Gäste
  • Du hast die relevanten KPIs im Blick und nimmst proaktiv Einfluss auf deren Entwicklung
  • Du organisierst, koordinierst und kontrollierst Abläufe und Prozesse für ein sicheres und erlebnisreiches Sprungerlebnis unserer Gäste
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team setzt Du Marketing-Maßnahmen aus der Zentrale um

Dein Profil

  • ein abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung optimalerweise aus den Bereichen Freizeit, Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Sport/Fitness
  • Führungserfahrung von größeren Teams
  • eine motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und dem Willen, etwas mit Deinem Team bewegen zu wollen
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, analytisches Denkvermögen und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • eine strukturierte & selbständige Vorgehensweise, die das Team mitnimmt und begeistert
  • gute Kenntnisse von Windows-Office Anwendungen
  • Du besitzt einen gültigen Erste-Hilfe-Schein oder reichst diesen innerhalb von 6 Wochen nach
