Als Schichtleitung übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für Deine eigene Schicht, führst ein Team von 12–15 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Gäste einen unvergesslichen Tag erleben. Du behältst auch in turbulenten Momenten den Überblick, triffst Entscheidungen und bist mittendrin statt nur dabei. Dabei packst Du selbst mit an, hast immer ein offenes Ohr für Dein Team und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Deine Schicht, Deine Verantwortung: Du organisierst und verantwortest den reibungslosen Ablauf Deiner Schicht.
  • Teamführung: Du motivierst und koordinierst ein Team von 12–15 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit.
  • Alles im Griff: Du behältst den Überblick über den Parkbetrieb und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Sicherheit geht vor: Du achtest darauf, dass unsere Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.
  • Gäste begeistern: Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste, findest Lösungen bei Herausforderungen und sorgst für ein rundum positives Erlebnis.
  • Menschen entwickeln: Du arbeitest neue Teammitglieder ein, gibst Feedback und unterstützt die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams.
  • Anpacken statt Zuschauen: Ob bei der Eröffnung, Schließung oder im laufenden Betrieb – Du bist selbst aktiv dabei und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran.

Dein Profil

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrung als Teamleiter, Supervisor oder in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und kannst andere motivieren.
  • Du bist flexibel, packst gerne mit an und hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam mit Deinem Team etwas zu bewegen.
  • Erfahrungen in der Freizeitparkbranche, Gastronomie, Hotellerie, im Einzelhandel oder Kundenservice sind ein Plus.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Erste-Hilfe-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
