Deine Aufgaben

Marketing-, Produkt-, Finance- und Supply-Chain-Daten leben bei uns heute in getrennten Systemen. Gleichzeitig bleiben viele unserer besten KI-Ideen noch im Pilot-Stadium. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Du legst unsere technische und datenseitige Basis und etablierst AI-First-Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft – hands-on, eigenverantwortlich und ohne großes Entwicklerteam im Rücken.

  • Eine Wahrheit für alle Teams: Du führst Marketing-, Produkt-, Finance- und Supply-Chain-Daten in einer einheitlichen Cloud-Datenplattform zusammen. Ziel: Fachteams steuern ihre wichtigsten KPIs vollautomatisiert - weg von Excel-Silos, hin zu Self-Service-BI.
  • AI-First Prozessautomatisierung: Du verankerst konkrete, produktiv genutzte AI-Use-Cases in unseren fünf Kernbereichen (Marketing, Produkt, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) - von automatisiertem Marketing-Reporting über KI-gestützte Qualitätssicherung bis zu zentralisiertem Finance-Reporting. So reduzierst du manuelle Aufwände spürbar.
  • Schnittstelle & Sparring: Du arbeitest eng mit Teamleads und Geschäftsführung, um Business-Anforderungen direkt in pragmatische, technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Teamführung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres zweiköpfigen Shop-Teams, priorisierst Aufgaben, steuerst Ressourcen und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter. Wir möchten Shop-Kompetenz zunehmend in-house aufbauen - mit dem Ziel, unabhängiger von unserer aktuellen Agentur zu werden.

Das steckt in deiner Haut

  • Relevante Praxiserfahrung: ca. 4–7 Jahre im Daten- und E-Commerce-Umfeld, idealerweise D2C.
  • Data-Architektur: Starke Expertise im Aufbau von unified Data-Architekturen und Self-Service-BI. Du hast Datenquellen schon einmal end-to-end in eine Plattform zusammengeführt.
  • Tech-enabled Automatisierung: Praxiserprobte KI-/Prozessautomatisierung, die du eigenständig produktiv gebracht hast.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du erarbeitest Ergebnisse ohne eigenes Entwickler-Team und hast Freude an direkter Umsetzung.
  • Sprachen & Präsenz: Fließendes Deutsch sowie die Bereitschaft, 3 Tage/Woche vor Ort in Oberhaching/München zu arbeiten.

  • Erfahrung im Shopify-Ökosystem (Theme-/Liquid, Apps, API-Integrationen) - ein klares Plus, das dir beim Aufbau der internen Shop-Kompetenz hilft.
