Nuestro cliente:

Somos una empresa de Ingeniería especializada en energías renovables donde creemos que la energía del futuro no se espera: se construye.

Buscamos un/a Project Manager que quiera liderar proyectos reales que transforman el modelo energético, desde el diseño hasta la puesta en marcha, en un entorno EPC donde la ingeniería, la ejecución y la innovación van de la mano.

Responsabilidades, funciones y tareas principales:

Estudio del proyecto:

·Realizar visitas técnicas iniciales.

·Analizar necesidades del cliente y condicionantes del proyecto.

·Elaborar estudios previos y propuestas técnicas.

·Estudiar la viabilidad técnica, económica y operativa.

·Generar presupuesto a ERP .

Coordinación interna:

·Coordinar los equipos técnicos internos y operativos implicados para planificar el proyecto.

·Asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales y recursos.

·Facilitar la información necesaria a todos los agentes del proyecto.

·Coordinación con PRL para cumplir con normativa de seguridad.

Planificación del proyecto:

·Definir el planning del proyecto con hitos y dependencias.

·Coordinarse con Operaciones, Compras y Oficina Técnica para validar plazos.

·Anticipar collas de botella y riesgos potenciales.

·Actualización del estado del proyecto o el ERP .

Seguimiento y control económico:

·Hacer seguimiento del presupuesto del proyecto e informe de cierre.

·Detectar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctoras.

·Coordinarse con Administración y Finanzas por control económico

·Emitir borradoras facturas y hacer seguimiento de facturación.

Relación con el cliente:

·Actuar como interlocutor único del proyecto.

·Gestionar expectativas, cambios y comunicaciones con el cliente (tanto en relación al proyecto como en temas ecnonómicos) .

·Negociar cambios de planning o alcance cuando sea necesario.

Gestión de riesgos e incidencias:

·Detectar y gestionar incidencias de proyecto.

·Coordinar la resolución de incidencias con las áreas implicadas.

Ejecución y seguimiento de obra:

·Coordinarse con Operaciones

·Validar que el proyecto se ejecuta según planificación

·Asegurar coherencia entre estudio y ejecución

·Dar apoyo en toma de decisiones

Cierro y traspaso a posventa:

·Asegurar el correcto cierre del proyecto.

·Coordinar el traspaso a posventa.

·Documentar lecciones aprendidas y procurar por la mejora continua.

Calidad:

·Procurar por la alta calidad de la documentación generada (proyecto/informes...).

·Entrada y seguimiento de las horas del equipo de trabajo.

·Creación procedimiento y protocolo para mejorar eficiencia.

Requisitos:

Formación requerida:

Formación superior en ingeniería (industrial, energética, eléctrica, civil o similar).

Conocimiento avanzado de fotovoltaicas, Baterías, Baja Tensión y Alta Tensión.

Experiencia requerida:

Experiencia mínima de 3–6 años en gestión de proyectos, preferentemente en entornos de ingeniería o instalaciones.

Competencias y habilidades:

·Planificación y organización.

·Fuerte criterio técnico.

·Comunicación y gestión de stakeholders .

·Gestión de conflictos.

·Capacidad de anticipación y resolución de problemas.

·Visión global del proyecto.

·Orientación a resultados.
