Gerenciar o relacionamento com a agência de PR, elaborando briefings, alinhando direcionamentos e acompanhando a execução do plano de comunicação e imprensa. Identificar e apoiar oportunidades de posicionamento institucional, relacionamento com a imprensa e participação da companhia em agendas externas. Monitorar a exposição da marca, reputação corporativa e resultados das ações de PR, consolidando indicadores e análises de desempenho. Desenvolver e revisar materiais de apoio para executivos, incluindo talking points, briefings para entrevistas, apresentações institucionais e outros conteúdos estratégicos. Revisar e garantir a qualidade e consistência das mensagens institucionais em diferentes canais, incluindo comunicados, conteúdos para redes sociais e comunicações sensíveis. Atuar de forma integrada com áreas internas para identificar pautas, oportunidades de divulgação e iniciativas voltadas ao fortalecimento da comunicação institucional e do engajamento interno.
